How the work flows

From first setup to a tax worksheet

  1. 01

    Set up your company once

    Name, UEN, financial year end and GST status. Singapore dollars and Asia/Singapore time by default.

  2. 02

    Record customers and documents

    Each customer has one record. Quotes and invoices are numbered per company, with tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive lines.

  3. 03

    Let the ledger keep score

    Posted entries stay balanced and are reversed, never deleted. Reports reconcile to the ledger.

  4. 04

    Prepare Singapore tax with sources

    GST and income tax worksheets show each figure and its source. They are worksheets, not filed returns.
